We consider topics that will impact on all our lives, such as advertising campaigns, new laws, inventions and changing customer trends.

We use a range of teaching styles such as group work, DVDs, student presentations, class discussions, ICT, project work and visits.

Students taking Business Studies are encouraged to be aware of current business issues by watching the news and reading a quality newspaper.

From GCSE we offer two A Level-equivalent courses. Many students choose to continue studying Business courses at university or start a career in a business-related area such as retail management or accountancy.
